5%己唑醇微乳剂的配方研究

【摘要】 采用相转移法,通过溶剂、助溶剂、表面活性剂的筛选和配伍,确定了 5%己唑醇O/W型微乳剂的配方:其中溶剂为环己酮与二甲基甲酰胺以质量比 3∶1混用,质量分数为 20%;表面活性剂使用非离子型 1602#、EL 10和阴离子型十二烷基苯磺酸钙以质量比 2∶2∶1复配,质量分数为20%;其余为水。测定了不同硬度水质对该配方制剂低温贮存和高温贮存稳定性的影响。试样各项质量技术指标均合格,表明该配方合理,对水质适应性强。

【Abstract】 Using phase transfer method, the formulation of hexaconazole 50ME(O/W) was studied and appropriate solvent and emulsifier were selected. The best solvent were the mixture of cyclohexanone and N,N-dimethylformamide (3∶1, m/m), which was 20% weight of total composition; the emulsifier was the mixture of 1602#, EL-10 and 500# (2∶ 2∶ 1), occupied 20% weight, the other component was water. The main specifications of hexaconazole 50ME with water and different (content) of calcium ion for the physical and chemical stability were tested after storage under 0℃ and 54℃. All of them were up to grade and there was no significant difference with deionized water.
