【Abstract】 In this article, the author advances that the transformation form "Consultant Librarians" to "Subjective Librarians" is the development of times and the need to promote the qualification of the librarians in accordance with the working situations of "Consultant Librarians" in the library of Institutions of Higher Learning, and briefly inguires into the measures taken by "subjective librarians" and the qualifications possessed by them in order to offer service for the Institution scientific research quickly and high efficiently in network surroundings.更多还原
