微卫星标记在白壳蛋鸡品系鉴定中的应用

【摘要】 利用10个微卫星标记,通过计算平均遗传杂合度、有效等位基因数以及DA遗传距离并进行聚类,对引进国外的新杨白壳蛋鸡配套系祖代鸡的4个系进行品系鉴定,结果表明:在LEI0252座位上A、B系和C、D系可被完全区分开;D系与B系的平均座位杂合度和平均有效等位基因数均高于A系与C系;由聚类结果可将4个系分为两类,C、D系和A、B系各为一类。

【Abstract】 Ten microsatellite markers were used to identify four lines(A, B, C and D) of Xinyang white egg-type chicken GP imported from a foreign country by calculation of the mean genetic heterozygosity, the effective numbers of alleles, DA genetic distance and the construction of dendrogram. The results showed that A and B lines were completely differentiated from C and D lines at the LEI0252 loci. The mean genetic heterozygosity and the average effective numbers of alleles of B and D lines were higher than that of A and C lines. The four lines were divided into 2 clusters through the result of clustering from D and A genetic distance. The C and D lines were clustered together, as well as the A and B lines.
