气相色谱法测定嘧菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中的残留方法研究

【摘要】 报道了嘧菌酯在黄瓜及土壤中的残留分析方法。样品用丙酮提取,二氯甲烷萃取,硅胶和酸洗活性碳混合柱净化,用二氯甲烷:乙酸乙酯混合液(7∶3,V/V)淋洗,GC—FTD检测嘧菌酯的残留量。最小检出量为6.25×10-11g,最小检出浓度:黄瓜为0.00125mg·kg-1,土壤为0.00283mg·kg-1。当添加浓度在0.01~1mg·kg-1时,其回收率:黄瓜在89.26%~95.69%之间,土壤在86.65%~101.68%之间。

【Abstract】 Residue analytical methods of azoxystrobin in cucumber and soil were established.Residual azoxystrobin in Cucumber and soil were extracted by acetone,partitioned by dichloromethane,cleaned up by passing through a silica-charcoal column,eluted with dichloromethane + ethyl acetate = 70+30(V/V),determined by capillary gas chromatography equipped with FTD.The detection limit was 6.25×10-11g,and the minimum detectable concentration for azoxystrobin in cucumber and soil were 0.001 25 mg·kg-1 and 0.002 83 mg·kg-1 respectively.The average recoveries of azoxystrobin in cucumber and soil were 89.26~95.69% and 86.65%~101.68% respectively.The coefficients of variation ranged from 4.04 % to 5.54% and 3.57% to7.2% respectively.
