试验确定发动机转动惯量的一种新方法

【摘要】 提出了一种确定发动机转动惯量的方法——空载加速减速法,它是在发动机空载加速和停油减速过程中,测出发动机的瞬时转速以及气缸压力,推算得出转动惯量。在185型柴油机上进行的试验结果表明,该方法误差在2%以下。根据实测结果,对影响该方法精度的因素进行了讨论,提出了改进措施。

【Abstract】 A new method for determining the inertia moment of moving parts of engine was proposed, which was defined as accelerating-decelerating method under no-load. It deduced the inertia moment of an engine by means of measured transient rotational speed and cylinder pressure during the accelerating process under no-load and the decelerating process for fuel was being cut off. This method was experimented at a model 185 Diesel. The experimental results indicated that its accuracy is within 2%. The factors that influence measurement accuracy of the method were discussed and some improvements were proposed.
