自动嫁接机运动控制仿真系统设计
Design of a Movement Controlling Simulation System for Vegetable Grafting Robot
【摘要】 为了避免自动嫁接机设计过程中的机械干涉问题,提高对机器设计的预见性,采用先进的视景仿真软件——OpenGVS,并结合面向对象技术,设计开发了蔬菜嫁接机运动控制仿真系统。测试结果表明,所建立的仿真系统能够直观的观察到由于设计失误所造成的静、动态机械干涉,仿真效果逼真,能满足嫁接机运动控制仿真的需要。
【Abstract】 Robot simulation is one of the frontiers in the current research of robots, whic h covers the areas of robot kinematics, robot mechanism, 3D realization and move ment control, and many others. In this article, we developed a movement controll ed simulation system for vegetable grafting robot, which provided an experimenta l means to verify an offline programming of a control system, analyze the ration ality of a designed track, and investigate the intervention of mechanic structur es under both static and dynamic status.
