柴油机高速强力电磁阀的数值模拟

【摘要】 高速强力电磁阀是影响柴油机电控燃油喷射系统性能的关键部件。通过高速强力电磁阀驱动特性的理论分析和数值求解喷油器电磁阀的磁场分布 ,对电磁阀动态响应特性进行了数值模拟计算。试验验证了模拟计算结果的正确性。

【Abstract】 High-speed powerful solenoid valves are key components for good performance of diesel fuel injection systems for modern diesel engines. Fast respond and credibly sealed are necessary for the solenoid valve. Theoretical analysis of the solenoid valve is used to analyze the distribution of magnetic field in solenoid valves and to simulate its dynamic response characteristics. The experimental results showed that the mathematical model and analyzing results were correct, the relationship of variable structural parameters influencing solenoid valve performance was complex. Theoretical data obtained has provided useful information for the setting and improving of structural parameters of the valve.
