后簧座成形工艺设计与分析

【摘要】 提出了一种生产后簧座的工艺方法 :拉深—多步缩口—成形。与传统的旋压成形比较 ,可较大地降低设备的投资 ,提高生产效率和产品质量 ,降低制造成本。对圆筒形零件缩口工艺方法进行了变形分析、试验与理论解析 ,确定了工艺优化的理论与试验方法 ,找到了合理的成形工艺方案 ,并成功应用于后簧座的生产。

【Abstract】 A kind of new forming technique to manufacture the back spring seat was proposed, called drawing—multi-step sinking with the cylindrical—forming process. The die is simple in structure and it is on common press. Compared with conventional process, such as spinning process, it can decrease cost of production and investment for equipments and increase manufacturing efficiency and product quality. However, in contrast to tube sinking, besides wrinkling at the end and compressive instability on the cylinder wall, there is a typical defect: buckling instability of the top, which is an important factor affecting cylindrical sinking process design. After analyzing the sinking process with thin-walled cylindrical part, we have designed the trial method to optimize process, find out the reasonable technical layout, and successfully realize the stabile production of the back spring seat.
