【Abstract】 The significance and purpose of land economic coefficient are expounded in this paper. In accordance with macroscopical zoning method for calculating the coefficient, four methods of gradual calculation, correlation calculation, zonal sampling and statistics indices are compared and their mathematic disposal methods are also proposed. And they are validated in practical calculation. These results will provide grounds for balance and conformity of land economic coefficient.更多还原
