土地整理项目国民经济评价方法研究

【摘要】 对土地整理项目进行国民经济评价宜在传统“有无对比法”的基础上结合项目特点,将项目的间接效益以增量的形式引入到项目的国民经济评价中,通过对有项目和无项目情况下各项费用和效益的分析,计算项目实施情况下增量投资产生的增量经济净现值、增量经济内部收益率等指标,以判断项目在经济上的合理性。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of land consolidation project, based on "With and Without methods", the indrect benefit was introduced to the national economy evaluation. All kinds of charges and benefits were analyzed. ENPV and EIRR of increased investment were calculated and economic resonability of project was determined.
