【Abstract】 The main parameters of the belt type cross-flow dryer were studied to dry carrot in the research experiment: air temperature, layer depth, cross-flow velocity and belt line velocity. It used the new method of experimental design method-uniform design. Its characteristic is less times of experiment, high reliable regress equation and improved predicting precision. During the experiment, the best parameters in the belt cross-flow dryer for carrot were achieved under the operating condition of hot air temperature 75℃, material depth 83 mm, cross-flow velocity 1.0 m/s and belt line velocity 500 mm/min.更多还原
