胡萝卜带式穿流干燥的均匀设计试验研究

【摘要】 用胡萝卜对带式穿流干燥机的主要参数:风温、层厚、穿流风速、输送带线速度进行试验研究。使用了试验设计方法中新的方法—均匀设计,其特点是试验次数少,回归方程可靠度高,预测准确度高。确定热风温度75℃、物料层厚83mm、风速1.0m/s和线速500mm/min可作为胡萝卜的带式穿流干燥机最佳参数组合。

【Abstract】 The main parameters of the belt type cross-flow dryer were studied to dry carrot in the research experiment: air temperature, layer depth, cross-flow velocity and belt line velocity. It used the new method of experimental design method-uniform design. Its characteristic is less times of experiment, high reliable regress equation and improved predicting precision. During the experiment, the best parameters in the belt cross-flow dryer for carrot were achieved under the operating condition of hot air temperature 75℃, material depth 83 mm, cross-flow velocity 1.0 m/s and belt line velocity 500 mm/min.
