【Abstract】 Through comparing with the international close connection tendency between technical standard and R&D, the severe disconnection between the two in China was discussed in this paper. The main causes for the disconnection were pointed out, such as the scarcity of motive for Chinese enterprises participating in the establishment of technical standards, the lack of the communication mechanisms for transforming the scientific research achievements into the technical standards. In the paper, the current development situation of agro-product processing industry was analyzed. And the related measures for promoting the harmony development of technical standards and R&D were put forward.更多还原
