【摘要】 在传统经济模式下,山西煤炭工业在为国家和山西做出经济贡献的同时,亦带来了巨大的负面效应。2004年8月山西省提出了建立新型能源和工业基地的发展战略。只有转变煤炭工业经济发展模式,走环境友好的循环经济发展之路,才能根本解决煤炭发展与保护环境生态的两难困境,实现煤炭工业能源向新型化、可持续化发展。通过对山西煤炭工业发展的形势分析,提出了用循环经济理念指导山西煤炭能源向新型化发展的思路和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the traditional economic model,the coal industry in Shanxi has contributed greatly to national and economy,but paid out tremendous costs simultaneously.The coal industry is in a dilemma between developing coal and protecting the environmant.The only way to solve the problem is to transfer the model of coal development from traditional economic model to circular economic one which is friendly to the environment to develop new-style,sustainable coal energy resources.In this paper we would analyze the position of coal industry deeply,and then put forward some idea and suggestion about how to develop new-style coal industry under the guide of circular economic idea in Shanxi.更多还原
