分子印迹技术在环境监测领域的研究进展
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF MOLECULAR IMPRINTING TECHNIQUE IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING FIELD
【摘要】 分子印迹技术是近年来集高分子合成、分子设计、分子识别、仿生生物工程等众多学科优势发展起来的一门边缘学科分支。分子印迹聚合物 (MolecularImprintingPolymers,MIPs)是由模板分子、功能单体及交联剂共聚而成。以此为原理的分离和检测方法日益增多。综述了印迹技术的发展 ,特别介绍了MIPs在痕量有机污染物分析中的应用和发展前景 ,并对目前存在的问题进行了探讨
【Abstract】 Molecular Imprinting Technique is a branch of brink subjects,which develops recently aggregating the advantages of High Polymer Synthesis,Molecular Design,Molecular Identification,and Bionics Bioengineering and so on.Imprinting of molecules occurs by the polymerization of functional and cross-linking monomers in the presence of a template ligand.The methods of sepaˉration and detection,basing on Molecular Imprinting Technique,increase more and more rapidly.Our article summarizes the development of Molecular Imprinting Technique,especially introduce the application and development of MIPs about the trace analytical method for complex organic contamiˉnant,and we also discuss the problems existing now.
