【摘要】 目的探讨妊高征与瘦素的关系。方法采用放射免疫法测定对照组的61例正常妊娠妇女、观察组的48例妊高征妇女的血清瘦素水平及109例新生儿脐血瘦素水平(其中正常妊娠新生儿61例,妊高征妇女分娩的新生儿48例)。测定两组妇女的身高、体重、坐位血压、新生儿体重、身长,计算BMI,并分析其与瘦素之间的关系。结果(1)妊高征妇女血清瘦素水平与其体重、BMI无明显相关性。(2)妊高征妇女血清瘦素水平与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均呈显著正相关。(3)中、重度妊高征妇女血清瘦素水平、脐血瘦素水平均明显高于轻度妊高征组及正常妊娠组。(4)正常妊娠及妊高征妇女血清瘦素水平与新生儿出生体重、BMI无明显相关性。结论(1)中、重度妊高征妇女血清瘦素水平高于轻度妊高征妇女及正常妊娠妇女。(2)妊高征妇女血清瘦素水平与血压呈显著正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the leptin levels and the pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) women.Methods Levels of serum leptin were measured at the delivery time in 61 pregnant women,48 PIH pregnant women,and their 109 newborns by Immuno-radioassay method.Serum leptin levels were correlated with body height,body weight,blood pressure of lateral of the mothers,the body weight,body height of the newborns,and the body mass index(BMI).Results(1) The serum leptin levels of PIH pregnant women were not significant with their body weight and BMI.(2)The serum leptin levels of PIH pregnant women were significant with the systolic blood pressrue,diastolic blood pressure and mean artory pressure.(3)The serum leptin levels of the secend and the severe PIH pregnant women were more higher than the light PIH and healthy pregnant women.(4) The serum leptin levels of the healthy and PIH pregnant women were not significant with the newborns’ boring body weight and BMI.Conclusion(1)The serum leptin levels of second and severe PIH pregnant women were more higher than the healthy pregnant women.(2)The serum leptin level of PIH pregnant women significant with the blood pressure.更多还原
