【摘要】 目的　用正交实验法优选胃动力胶囊的提取工艺 ,薄层鉴别法制定胃动力胶囊的质量标准。方法　以出膏率、橙皮苷的提取率为评价指标 ,选择水量 (倍 )、提取时间 (小时 )、提取次数为考察因素 ,利用正交实验确定了胃动力胶囊的水提取工艺。结果　挥发油提取时间为 8小时。处方中与味药都能用薄层色谱法鉴别 ,结果满意。结论　最佳工艺条件为 :8倍水提取 1小时 ,共提取 3次。三个考察因素中 :水量对处方中橙皮苷含量有显著影响 ,对出膏率有高度影响 ;提取时间对处方中橙皮苷含量无显著影响 ,对出膏率无显著影响 ;提取次数对处方中橙皮苷含量有高度影响 ,对出膏率有高度的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study of the optimum water ex tractum process in the WeiDongLi Capsule.Methods The extr action rate of extactum as well hesperidin was choosen as the assessment index i n the WeiDongLi Capsule. The optimum water extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. HPLC method is used to determinat heseridin.R esults Volatile oil was extracted for 8 hours.Five medicinal herbs i n prescription can be distinguished with TLC.And the result of the experiment wa s satisfactory.Conclusion The optimum water extraction pr ocess condition s follow as:adding 8 fold of water,extracting for 1.0h and three times in all.
