【摘要】 目的　通过开展前S1 抗原及HBsAg浓度检测 ,判定无症状慢性HBsAg携带者HBV复制情况。方法利用ELISA法及PCR法对 2 4 6例无症状慢性HBsAg携带者进行前S1 抗原、HBV -M、HBV -DNA检测。结果　HBeAg阳性者中 ,前S1 抗原阳性率 92 .3% ,HBV -DNA阳性率为 95 % ,两者有很好的相关性。HBeAg阴性者中 ,前S1 抗原阳性率为 4 8% ,HBV -DNA阳性率为 5 0 %。且前S1 抗原阳性率与HBsAg浓度相关 ,HBsAg浓度 >4 .4 1(S CO值 )时 ,前S1 抗原阳性率为 88% ,HBV -DNA阳性率为 90 % ;HBsAg浓度≤ 4 .4 1(S CO值 )时 ,前S1 抗原阳性率为 6 % ,HBV -DNA阳性率为 7%。结论　对无症状慢性HBsAg携带者进行前S1 抗原及HBsAg浓度检测 ,可以判定HBV复制情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze no symptom chronic H Bs Ag Patients in detecting the replication of HBV by investigating the HVB-preS 1 and HBsAg consistency.Methods Using ELISA method and PCR method, blood samples of 246 no symptom chronic HBsAg patients were analyzed ab out preS 1, HBV-M and HVB-DNA comparatively.Results In t hose chronic patients whose serum HBeAg is positive, the rate between preS 1 an d HBV-DNA were 92.3% and 95% separately, the results of preS 1 and HBV-DNA dete ction coincided greatly. As for pationts whose serum HBeAg is negative,the rate of preS 1 and HBV-DNA were 48% and 50% separately. Also, the positive rate of preS 1 is relative to HBsAg consistency, when HBsAg consistency>4.41(S/CO value ), the rate of preS 1 and HBV-DNA were 88% and 90%; when HBsAg consistency≤4.4 1(S/CO value), the rate of preS 1 and HBV-DNA were 6% and 7%.Conclus ion The analysis can reflect the replication of HBV after investigat ing preS 1 and HBsAg consistency of no symptom chronic HBsAg patients.更多还原
