【摘要】 目的　研究基质金属蛋白酶 10在食管癌中的异常表达。方法　应用免疫组织化学法对 5 4例食管癌标本中的基质金属蛋白酶 10的表达进行研究 ,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果　基质金属蛋白酶 10与食管癌的组织分化程度呈负相关 (相关系数r=- 0 .6 97,P <0 .0 5 ) ,基质金属蛋白酶 10与食管癌的临床分期呈正相关 (相关系数r=0 .85 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,基质金属蛋白酶 10在有淋巴结转移的食管癌和无淋巴结转移的食管癌中的表达有统计学差异 ,基质金属蛋白酶 10的低表达与高表达的 2年生存率有统计学差异。结论　研究基质金属蛋白酶 10在食管癌中的表达 ,有利于指导临床治疗 ,提高患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate abnormal expression of MMP10 in esophagus carcinoma and clinical significance.Methods The expression of MMP10 in esophagus carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining in the 54 esophagus carcinoma samples collected from pathology of No.4 hospital of Jinan.Results The abnormal expression of MMP10 was 35 cases negative.+7,6,6.Conclusion Will be benefit to the clinical therapy of patients who suffering from esophagus carcinoma and will survive patients’ life period.更多还原
