改进的模糊层次分析法在水污染控制方案优选中的应用
Improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process for water pollution control project
【摘要】 运用模糊一致性矩阵与其权重的关系构造了区域水污染控制方案的评价模型。采用基于实数编码的遗传算法来求解这个模型,得到评价指标的排序权重,然后以这些权重与对应的评价指标样本的标准值进行加权平均,获得各个方案的综合指标值,据此对各个方案进行优劣排序。结果表明,这个评价模型简便可行,在系统工程评价中具有推广应用价值。参11。
【Abstract】 Evaluation model of water pollution control project in region is constructed by using relation between fuzzy consistency matrix and its weights.There is a method that can work out the model by adopting real coding based accelerating genetic algorithm, and rank weights of evaluation index is gained, the comprehensive index value of water pollution control project can be obtained according to the comprehensive weights and standardization values of evaluation indexes, and then every project schemes can be evaluated.The research result shows that the model is simple and universal, there is wide application value in system engineering evaluation.
