血管紧张素转换酶和血管紧张素Ⅰ型受体基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的关系
The Relationships Between Gene Polymorphisms of Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme and Angiotensin-1 Receptor and Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction
【摘要】 血管紧张素转换酶和血管紧张素Ⅰ型受体基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的关系已相继报道。上述基因通过不同的作用机制在脑血管疾病的发生和发展中起作用。本文综述了近年来对其基因多态性与脑血管疾病相关性的研究进展。
【Abstract】 The relationships between gene polymorphisms of angiotensin-converting enzyme, angiotensin subtype 1 receptor and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction has been reported has been reported one after another. The above genes play an important role in the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular diseases. This article reviews the recent progress in research on the relationships between their gene polymorphisms and cerebrovascular diseases.
