红细胞生成素与缺血性脑损伤的神经保护作用

【摘要】 红细胞生成素是由肾脏分泌的内源性细胞因子,近来的研究发现,中枢神经系统也存在红细胞生成素及其受体,并在脑缺血中起保护作用。本文对红细胞生成素及其受体的产生、结构及其在脑缺血中的保护机制进行综述。

【Abstract】 The recent studies have found that erythropoietin and its receptors also exist in brain, and play a protective role during cerebral ischemia. The article reviews the development of erythropoietin and its receptors, its structure and protective mechanism in cerebral ischemia.
