脂蛋白脂酶基因多态性与脑梗死
Lipoprotein Lipase Gene Polymorphism and Cerebral Infarction
【摘要】 脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性疾病或卒中的关系成为近年来的研究热点。LPL基因突变较为多见,其中限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP),如HindⅢ、PvuⅡ基因多态性;单链构象多态性(SSCP),如D9N、N291S、Ser447X多态性等的研究较多。基因型在不同种族和不同地区的分布存在差异。这些基因多态性与血脂异常、动脉粥样硬化和脑血管疾病之间存在一定的关系。
【Abstract】 The relationship between lipoprotein lipase (LPL) gene polymorphism and atherosclerotic diseases or stroke has become a topic of general interest in recent years. LPL gene mutation is more common, among them the studies of restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs), such as HindⅢ and PvuⅡgene polymorphisms, and single-stranded conformation polymorphisms (SSCPs), such as D9N, N291S, and Ser447X polymorphisms, etc. are more common. The genotypes are variation among races and regions. These gene polymorphisms related to hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis and cerebrovascular diseases.
