【Abstract】 Through data research, questionnaire inquiry and other methods, the author, in this paper, follows and studies the sports game class newly offered in Ningxia University for one year, and finds out that it’s necessary and realistic to offer physical education class creatively in universities. In fact, the method can not only improve the awareness of the college students to participate in the sports, but also nurture their interest in sports, promote their physical and physiological health so as to develop coordinately; moreover, it can help promote their lifelong awareness to take part in sports.更多还原
