山莨菪碱对烫伤小鼠创面的治疗作用及机制
Primary study of therapeutical effect and mechanism of anisodamine on scalding injury
【摘要】 目的:观察山莨菪碱对烫伤小鼠创面的治疗作用并初步探讨其机制。方法:建立小鼠烫伤模型,观察各实验组动物经不同处理后烫伤创面恢复情况,并检测血清MDA的含量。结果:山莨菪碱能加速烫伤创面愈合,降低烫伤小鼠血清MDA含量。结论:山莨菪碱通过抑制脂质过氧化反应减轻烫伤创面损伤。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe therapeutical effect of anisodamine on scalding injury and study its mechanism.Methods:To establish the scalded model of mice,study the scalded wound surface of each group of mice by different treatments,and detect the blood serum content of MDA.Results:Anisodamine could cure the scalded wound surface and reduce the blood serum content of MDA.Conclusion:Anisodamine can relieve the scalding injury by inhibiting lipid peroxidation reaction.
