大鼠空气栓塞死亡模型的构建
Establishing the rat death model of air embolism
【摘要】 建立重要脏器无机械性损伤、致死因素量化的大鼠死亡模型。通过切开暴露大鼠尾静脉的方式 ,在 10秒钟内向不同体重组的大鼠尾静脉中内注入 2 m l空气 ,造成大鼠空气栓塞死亡模型。尸检结果 :肺组织苍白 ,心脏呈无效收缩心肌呈暗红色 ,右心房室充满大量气体 ,腔静脉和肺血管有大量血性泡沫溢出 ,左心腔、主动脉可见凝血块 ,肝、脾严重瘀血。本模型建立的重要影响因素为注入空气的体积和速率。其操作方法简单、建模成功率 10 0 % ,可确切造成大鼠迅速死亡且无重要脏器的机械性损伤
【Abstract】 To establish the rat death model in which there was quantitative cause of death without vital organs’ mechanical injury. The lateral tail veins were exposed by cutting skin open, and the volume of 2 ml air was infused into them within 10 seconds to establish the rat death model of air embolism. The results showed that the quantity of insufflated air and the velocity of infusion played a crucial role in the experiment.The procedure,which was simple and very successful(with a success rate of 100%),would reliably cause rapid death of rats from different groups without mechanic injuries to their vital organs.The experiment would provide an ideal animal death model for postmortem interval estimation and promote related research in this field.
