【摘要】 目的 :观察正常人群在狂犬病暴露后对狂犬病疫苗的体液免疫应答效果。方法 :用纯化 VERO细胞狂犬病疫苗免疫狂犬病暴露者 ,取其接种疫苗后的血清 ,检测狂犬病毒抗体。结果 :人群的总体抗体阳性率为 96 .4 4 % ,≤ 2岁组、3～ 7岁组、8～ 15岁组、16～ 5 5岁组和≥ 5 6岁组抗体阳性率分别为 84 .6 2 %、98.4 5 %、97.90 %、96 .0 8%和93.4 3%。结论 :纯化 VERO细胞狂犬病疫苗能够很好地诱导正常人群产生体液免疫应答 ,保护机体免患狂犬病更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of human immune responses to purified VERO cell rabies vaccine after the biting of healthy crowd by animals.Methods:Inoculating the healthy crowd bitten by animals with purified VERO cell rabies vaccine ,then sampling their blood to test the rabies antibody.Results:On the whole, the positive rates of antibody of the crowd was 96.44%, and the positive rates of antibody of the groups of ≤2,3~7,8~15,16~55 and ≥56 ages were 84.62%、98.45%、97.90%、96.08% and 93.43%,respectively.Conclusion:The purified VERO cell rabies vaccine could inspire the healthy crowd to engender very good immune response, and keep the subjects free from rabies.更多还原
