【摘要】 根据平掌撞水、撞揉结合的”压水花”理论,以江苏跳水队为科学训练基地,在短期实验训练的基础上,又进行了5年的长期跟踪研究。针对不同的项目特点和不同层次运动员的特点,探索其“压水花”技术训练的规律,总结出动作要领,有效缩短了运动员“压水花”动作的训练周期,提高了成功率。

【Abstract】 According to the theory of impact water with the palms facing and "massage" water with both hands during water entry to effectively control the splash, and based on the result of a short experimental training , An scientific training study was performed on divers of the Jiangsu diving team in a long period of 5 years. The rule of the training of "rip entry" technique was studied for different item and different levels divers. Main points of the movement was sum up. The divers gained a shortened learning period of the splash control technique, and an improved successful rate.
