情商与排球运动员的心理素质训练
Research on Emotion Quotient and Psychological Training of Volleyball Players
【摘要】 对情商的基本内涵,排球运动与情商的关系,情商水平较低的运动员在比赛中不良心理变化的表现,以及对提高排球运动员情商的几种途径等进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The basic conception of emotion quotient (EQ),the relationship between the sport of volleyball and EQ, the manifestations of ill-psychological changes of volleyball players with low EQ, and the methods of the improvement of EQ in volleyball players are discussed in this study.
