航空配餐楼暖通设计
HVAC design of food preparation buildings in airports
【摘要】 介绍了航空楼的配餐工艺流程、食品生产流程和温度控制要求 ,结合三个工程实例着重介绍了航空配餐楼空调系统、通风系统、自控系统设计
【Abstract】 Presents the food preparation process, food producing process and temperature control requirement. With three engineering examples, chiefly presents the design of air conditioning, ventilation and automatic control systems for food preparation buildings.
