柴油/甲醇的组合燃烧对废气涡轮增压柴油机排放的影响研究
Effects of Diesel/Methanol Compound Combustion on Emissions of Turbocharged Diesel Engine
【摘要】 研究了在4102型废气涡轮增压柴油发动机上采用柴油/甲醇组合燃烧方式后对发动机各种排放的影响。试验结果表明,在比油耗降低的同时,碳烟、NOx 和CO2 的排放量也得到减少;虽然HC和CO排放有所升高,但是由于排气温度始终高于400 ℃,可以通过催化转换器将其转化。
【Abstract】 The exhaust emissions of a turbo-charged direct injection diesel engine with diesel/methanol compound combustion were studied. The results showed that Smoke, NOx and CO2 could be decreased along with the improvement of fuel economy with slight increase in HC and CO, however, the high exhaust temperature (over 400 ℃) will be beneficial to utilization of catalytic converter for emission further reduction.
