绿色化学在焦油加工过程中的应用研究

【摘要】 考察了超临界技术、微波技术等绿色化学技术在煤焦油分离和深加工过程中的应用情况,利用超临界 CO2对焦油进行分离可以获得与常规分离相类似的结果,分离过程高效、低耗。讨论了温度和压力对分离过程 的影响。认为清洁、高效的绿色化学技术是有机化学、化工的发展方向,在煤焦油化学领域开展固体酸催化 剂、离子型液体、超临界流体技术的研究对拓展研究方向具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The application of the green chemical technologies, such as supercritical technology , microwave technology etc. in the separation and further processing of coal tar is investigated. By the utilization of supercritical CO2 to separate tar, the similar result gained with conventional separation process can be achieved, the process is high efficiency and low energy consumption. The influences of temperature and pressure on separation process are discussed. It is thought that clean and high efficient green chemistry technology is the developing trend for organic chemistry and chemical industry. The study on the technologies for solid acid catalyst, ion liquid and supercritical liquid incoal tar chemical field is of great significance for widening research orientation.
