【摘要】 目的评价后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的临床价值。方法回顾分析32例输尿管中上段结石患者行后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗的效果及经验。结果32例均获成功。手术时间56～180分钟,平均87分钟。术中出血平均30ml。3例(9.4%)术后发生漏尿2～5天,4例(12.5%)术后发生皮下气肿,3-4天自行吸收,无其它并发症。术后住院时间5～9天,平均7天。结论后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管中上段结石创伤小,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Methods Retrospect the effects and experiences of 32 patients with upper and middle urinary tract stone who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Results All the operations were successful in the 32 cases. The operations took 56～180min with a mean time of 87 min ; mean blood loss was 30ml in operation. The leakage of urine occurred in 3 cases (9.4%) and the patients recovered 2～5days later .The pneumoderma in 4 cases (12.5%) was Absorbed automatically 3-4days later. All patients were fully cured without any complications. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic uretero lithotomy has advantages of minimal imjury,safety and good effect. The surgical procedure has a good prospect in the urologic clinical practice.更多还原
