【Abstract】 Studies were conducted on the resistant gene from a wild tomato relative L.peruvianum against tomato powdery mildew, controlled by a nuclear, dominant gene (RL-4). Using BSA and AFLP technique in F2 population,and six AFLP markers that were linked to the resistant gene were obtained, the genetic distances were 4.3, 5.5, 5.5, 5.6, 6.6 and 11.9 cM, respectively.更多还原
