【摘要】 以淮南猪为母本,大约克、长白、杜洛克猪为父本进行多组合简单或级进杂交试验,筛选出以含62.5%杜洛克猪血统的组合为最佳,由此组成育种核心群.采用群体继代选育法培育淮南猪新品系,并历经5个世代的选育.结果表明:淮南猪新品系6月龄后备公猪平均日增重由1世代的484.30g,提高到5世代的549.21g,世代平均改进量为12.98g(b=19.14);后备母猪分别为466.22,553.12和17.38g(b=28.20).各世代的体尺变化也较明显,其中体长公猪5个世代增加了10.94cm,母猪增加了17.66cm.性状间的相关分析表明6月龄的体重与体长、体高、胸围均呈强的正相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of the cross combination experiments using Huainan pigs as dam showed that the combination contained 62.5% of the blood of Duroc is the optimal combination. After breeding and selection of 5 generations for 6 years, a new line of Huainan pigs was established by enlarging breeding scale and establishing a central breeding flock. The daily gain increased from 484.3 g in the first generation to 549.2 g in the fifth generation and the average improvement for each generation was 12.98 for the 6-month-old boars, and 466.2, 553.12 and 17.38 g for the (6-month)-old gilts, respectively. The body measurement was also improved significantly for each generation, e.g., the body length was increased by 12.07 cm from the first generation to fifth generation for the boars, and 14.22 cm for the gilts. The correlation analysis of several traits indicated that the body weight of the 6-month-old pigs had a strong positive correlation with body length, body height and chest girth.更多还原
