施磷肥对Cd污染土壤中油麦菜生长及吸收重金属的影响

【摘要】 采用网室盆栽试验方法,研究了在镉(Cd)污染的石灰性潮土中施入磷肥(P)对油麦菜生长及其对Cd,Cu,Zn,Mn重金属元素的含量和吸收量的影响.结果表明,向Cd污染程度不同的土壤中施磷肥显著地促进了油麦菜生长,增加程度随Cd污染的加重呈先增大再减小趋势;磷肥的施入显著降低了植株体内Cd的含量,对Cu,Zn,Mn的含量也有一定程度的降低;但促进了油麦菜对Cd元素的总吸收量,高含量Cd污染土壤增施磷肥时,植株对Cd的总吸收量最大;施磷也促进了油麦菜对Cu,Zn,Mn的总吸收量,且其增加幅度随Cd污染程度的加深呈先增加再减小趋势;同时发现植株体内Cd的含量与进入土壤环境中的Cd含量呈显著正相关关系.

【Abstract】 By pot experiment, study was conducted on the effect of P fertilizer application on the growth of plant, the concentration and the amount of uptake of Cd, Cu, Zn, Mn of plant in Cd polluted calcareous Chao soil. The results showed: P fertilizer application in different degrees of Cd polluted soil promoted the growth of plant, and the degree of increase ascended at first and descended later with the aggravation of Cd polluted; the concentration of Cd of plant declined remarkably when the amount of fertilizer application rose, and the concentration of Cu, Zn, Mn had a certain decline with the fertilizer application; fertilizer application promoted the amount of uptake of Cd of plant , the amount uptake of Cd was maximum at the treatment of high Cd and high P fertilizer application; P fertilizer application also promoted the amount of uptake of Cu, Zn, Mn of plant, and the degree of increase ascended at first and descended later with the aggravation of Cd polluted; It was also discovered that the concentration of Cd of plant has a positive correlation with the concentration of Cd in the soil.
