【摘要】 目的:探讨X线平片和CT对颈椎后纵韧带骨化症的诊断价值。方法:对24例颈椎后纵韧带骨化症的影像特征结合文献进行分析。结果:颈椎后纵韧带骨化症在X线平片和CT影像学上有特征性的表现。X线平片可分为4个类型:①连续型;②间断型;③局灶型;④混合型。CT表现为椭圆形,横条形,山丘形,覃伞形,三角形;并通过测量骨化的厚度计算椎管狭窄率。结论:X线平片和CT检查技术对颈椎后纵韧带骨化症的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore diagnostic value of Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament with X- ray and CT. Methods:Combining literature, to analysize the imaging features of 24 cases with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. Results:Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament has specific manifestation in X - ray and CT. Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament can be divided into four types in X - ray:(1)Continuous type;(2)Discontinuous type;(3)Localized type;(4)Mixed type. The manifestation in CT is el-litse - like type, stripe - like type, hill - like type, marsh - like type and calculated the rate of narrow spinal canal by measure ossification thick.Conclusion;The examination technique of X- ray and CT in diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis of ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament have an important significance.更多还原
