【摘要】 目的:观察在基层开展角膜移植手术治疗角膜病的临床效果及并发症。方法:对12眼角膜病行穿透性角膜移植6眼,穿透性角膜移植联合白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入三联术1眼,及小梁切除四联术1眼,穿透性角膜移植合并前部玻璃体切割1眼,合并眼前段重建1眼,板层角膜移植2眼,观察术后效果,分析术后并发症。结果:12眼中视力≥0.05者8眼(66.7%),<0.05者4眼(33.3%),并发症中排斥反应5眼(41.7%),继发性青光眼1眼(8%)。结论:本文结果显示在基层开展角膜移植术对治疗角膜病有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect and complications of the keratoplsty for keratonosus at the basic level area.Methods:Penetratiny keratoplsty (PK) was performed in 6 eyes,PK combined cataract extraction and introcular lens implantation (combined triple surgery)in 1 eye,and combined trabeculectomy (combined four surgery) 1 eye,combined anterior vitrectomy 1 eye,combined reconstruction for the anterior segment of eyeball in 1 eye,and lameller keratoplasty 1 eye,among 12 eyes of keratonosus.Observe the effect and analysis of complications after the operation were performed.Result:The vision in 8 eyes (66.7%) was 0.05 or better,in 4 eyes was lower than 0.05(33.3%).The complications were graft rejection in 5 eyes (41.7%),secondary glaucoma in 1 eye (8%).Conclusions:The results showed that keratoplsty for keratonosus was effective and have a active meaning at the basic level area.更多还原
