【摘要】 目的:探讨Mucin1(MUC1)及E-Cadherin在胰腺肿瘤中的表达及与生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组化染色技术检测10例正常胰腺组织和52例胰腺导管腺癌组织中MUC1,E-Cadherin的表达。结果:在10例正常胰腺组织中,MUC1在胰腺腺泡及胰腺导管上皮细胞顶膜表达;E-cadherin均正常表达;在52例胰腺导管腺癌中,40例(76.9%)MUC1阳性表达,31例(59.6%)E-cadherin异常表达。MUC1阳性表达与病人性别、肿块大小无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤侵袭状况、淋巴结转移、肝转移有关(P<0.05);E-cadherin异常表达与性别、肿块大小无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤侵袭状况、淋巴结转移、肝转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:MUC1、E-cadherin是能较好反映胰腺癌恶性程度和转移性的肿瘤生物学标志物,可作为胰腺癌预后的判断指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of MUC1 a nd E-cadherin in pancreatic tumors and correlate their expression status with the clinic pathologic characteristics of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Met hods: The expression of MUC1 and E-cadherin was examined in 10 adult norm al pancreatic tissuse and 52 cases of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by immuno histochemical staining technique. Results: In normal pancreas (n =10), MUC1 was expressed in some acini, and E-cadherin was expressed in normal d uct and duct acinous cells with strong membranous staining at the intercellular border. In pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (n=52), positive expression of M UC1 was found in 40/52 (76.9%)cases, and abnormal expression of E-cadherin was found in 31/52(59.6%)cases. Positive expression of MUC1 significantly correla ted with lymph node and liver metastases and invasion (P<0.05, respectivel y ), and was not associated with sex of patient?tumor size (P>0.05). Abnormal ex pression of E-cadherin significantly correlated with tumour differentiation, lym ph node and liver metastases (P<0.05), abnormal E-cadherin expression was n ot associated with sex of patient? tumor size (P>0.05). Conclusion: MUC1 positive expression and abnormal expression of E-cadherin was associa ted with a more aggressive biological behaviour. Therefore, they might be import ant prognostic markers.;更多还原
