高效液相色谱在药物分析中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 本文综述高效液相色谱法作为药物分析的常规方法,药物动力学研究,药物含量测定等药物分析上的应用研究进展,并对应用研究的方向进行了预测。

【Abstract】 This article summarizes the progress of application study of HPLC in Pharmaceutical Analysis which mainly includes routine method of pharmaceutical analysis, the study of pharmacokinetics and determination of pharmic content. In addition, the author forecasts the study direction of combination of HPLC.
