额济纳蒙古族传统野生食用植物及其开发利用和民族生态学意义
Traditional Usage of Wild Plants for Food by the Ejina Mongolians and Its Exploitation and Ethnoecological Significance
【摘要】 运用民族植物学方法,调查研究了额济纳蒙古族食用的野生植物.结果表明,与当地牧民饮食直接相关的野生植物包括4种代粮植物、8种蔬菜、6种果品和2种食疗保健植物.额济纳蒙古族食用野生植物的传统知识和经验,在食物新资源的开发利用方面具有重要的参考价值,同时,作为当地人与生态环境相互作用的表现形式之一,还具有民族生态学意义.
【Abstract】 The wild plants traditionally used for food by the Mongolians in Ejina were investigated by the methods of ethnobotanical field survey.The results show that there are four species used as grain,eight species used as vegetables,six species used as fresh and dried fruits,and two species used as healthy food.Traditional knowledge and experience of the Ejina Mongolians in use wild plants as food has important meaning in exploiting new food resources.Besides,as a form of expression of the interrelationship between local people and ecological environment,also has ethnoecological significance.
