诺丹冰草花序的分化过程研究
Study on Inflorescence Differentiation of Agropyron desertorum cv. Nordan
【摘要】 幼穗分化期是种子产量构成因子的形成期,经历单棱期、双棱期、小穗分化期和小花分化期等时期.单棱期和双棱期的分化结果决定小穗的数量; 小穗分化期的分化结果决定小穗上小花的数量; 小花分化期的分化结果与小花的可育性有关.通常,小穗最顶端的小花发育不全.从观察结果看,早春较低的温度可能会延长诺丹冰草的单棱期,有利于分化出更多的小穗.
【Abstract】 Inflorescence differentiation period when the seed production components formed undergoes single ridged,dabble ridged,spikelet and flower differentiation stages.The spikelet number is determined by the results of single ridged and double ridged differentiation,the floret number is determined by the results of spikelet differentiation,whereas the fertility of floret is related to the results of flower differentiation.The distal florets of spikelets are usually sterile.Lower temperature in early spring prolong single ridged stage,which is favorable to the differentiation of more spikelets.
