【摘要】 给出几种常见的正交矩(Legendre矩、第 1 类 Chebyshev矩、第 2 类 Chebyshev矩、Jacobi矩)的定义,对它们的特性进行了初步分析.采用这些矩进行图像的重建,对其图像描述能力进行了分析比较.在此基础上,提出一种变形 Jacobi矩,具有很好的图像描述能力.更多还原
