【摘要】 目的:观察恩丹西酮治疗50例恶性肿瘤患者含顺铂化疗方案所引起的恶心呕吐反应．方法:化疗前 15 min用生理盐水10 ml加恩丹西酮8 mg静脉推注或加入小壶内冲入．结果:恩丹西酮对急性恶心的有效率为98％(49／50),急性呕吐的有效率96％(48／50)．结论:恩丹西酮对高剂量化疗所致的急性恶心、呕吐的止吐效果好,不良反应轻微．但对延迟性恶心、呕吐的控制率低,因此仍需评价和发展新的对抗高剂量化疗的止吐治疗方案．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Ondansetron on 50 patients who felt nauseous and vomited after taking cisplatin .Methods: 8mg of Ondansetron with 10ml of normal saline by venous infusion or taking solution in small kettle before chemotherapy. Results:The effective rate of Ondansetron is 98% (49/50) for treating acute nausea and 96% for acute vomition(48/50) .Conclusion :Ondansetron has a good effect on relieving vomitive symptom and has slight side effects, but low control rate for delayed nausea and vomition. New treatment plan should be evaluated and developed so as to antagonize vomition induced from high - dose chemotherapeutic agent.更多还原
