椎体良、恶性压缩性骨折的MRI诊断和鉴别诊断
MRI Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis between Benign and Malignant Vertebral Compression Fracture
【摘要】 为了提高对椎体良、恶性压缩性骨折的MRI诊断和鉴别诊断,笔者收集了20例椎体良性骨折和20例椎体恶性骨折,详细对比分析了椎体良、恶性压缩性骨折的MRI表现,并总结了椎体良、恶性压缩性骨折的MRI诊断和鉴别诊断.
【Abstract】 In order to improve MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis between benign and malignant vertebral compression fracture,we collected 20 cases of benign vertebral compression fracture and 20 cases of malignant one,and analyzed in detail the manifestations of benign and malignant vertebral compression fracture on MRI.Then we summarized the essentials of MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis betwwen benign and malignant vertebral compression fracture.
