CD8~+T细胞亚群在大鼠肠道各部IEL与LPL中的分布差异

【摘要】目的:探讨CD8+淋巴细胞在抗原诱导下的粘膜免疫应答中的作用.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法及电镜法,观察成年大鼠肠道各段IEL与LPL的形态和分布特征.结果:经免疫组织化学方法可染出CD8+表型的淋巴细胞,光镜下可见CD8+IEL沿肠道依次递减,而CD8+LPL则依次递增.结论:CD8+T细胞在肠道各段的分布上存在差异.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the action of CD8~+ T lymphocytes.Methods:Immunohistochemistry and electron microscope were used to observe the shape and the distribution of IEL and LPL which come from mature rat.Results:The number of the phenotype of CD8~+T lymphocytes was calculated.CD8~+IEL decreased and CD8~+LPL increased along the intestines through microscope.Conclusion:Differences of distribution of CD8~+ T lymphocyte in the intestines of mature are significant.更多还原
