微波协助萃取法提取黄芩中总黄酮的工艺研究

【摘要】 选择微型实验和微波协助萃取法提取黄芩中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件.经实验,提取黄芩中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为A2B2C2 方案,即:用70%乙醇提取,固液比为1∶100(g/ml),在900 W下微波辐射30 s时,总黄酮量为10.83%.

【Abstract】 Flavones was extracted from scutellaria with microwave by microscale chemical experiment.In the experiment,the optimal condition of extraction was researched.The ruslt indicated that under the condition of 70% alcohol,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶100,mirowave was 900 W and when the solution was treated in 30 s by microwave,the extracting rate of total flavones was about 10.83%
