铜锰复合氧化物对CO-O2、CO-NOx催化反应的研究
Effect of Cu-Mn Compound Oxideson CO-O2 and CO-NOx Catalytic Reactions
【摘要】 主要研究了非贵金属催化剂铜锰复合氧化物(以CuMn2O4尖晶石为主相,并伴有铜、锰氧化物)对汽车尾气主要成分CO、NOx的净化效果.分别测试了铜锰不同配比下的催化性能,并对最优铜锰配比进行了不同条件下的测试,如温度、含氧量(用空气过量系数λ表示)、水蒸汽以及空速对催化性能的影响,尤其关注催化剂对消除NOx的效果.活性测试采用在一定实验条件下经催化的尾气,用AVL五组分汽车尾气分析仪测试,比较接近实际汽车尾气的测试情况.实验中发现:催化剂在低空速情况下,即使在富氧条件下(λ≥1.2),NOx的转化率仍可达到60%以上,但随着空速增加,NOx转化率迅速下降.在贫氧条件下(λ<0.90)水蒸汽的存在对NOx的转化无影响,但在富氧条件下(λ>1.1)水蒸汽使NOx转化活性下降.这两个因素可能是导致此类催化剂至今尚不能付诸实际应用的主要原因.
【Abstract】 Cu-Mn compound oxides (CuMn2O4 as a major phase )had activities for the abatement of harmful substances(CO,NOx and hydrocarbons)in the automobile exhaust.The activities of Cu-Mn compound oxides catalysts had been determined according to different ratio of Cu/Mn.It was found that the catalyst with Cu/Mn=1/3.6 had better λ character and wider operation window.But the effects of water steam and space velocity on the catalyst showed that the conversion of NOx,in the rich oxygen (lean burn λ>1) condition,decreased with the existing of water steam or the increasing of SV.
