狼毒大戟水提物中总黄酮含量的测定
DETERMINATION OF AMOUNT OF FLAVONE EXTRACTED FROM EUPHORBIA FISCHERIANA BY ALKALI LIQUOR
【摘要】 采用不同浓度氢氧化钠水溶液对狼毒大戟中总黄酮类成分进行了提取,通过分光光度法测定了提取液中的总黄酮含量,并考察了碱液浓度对总黄酮提取量的影响.实验条件下,用m(NaOH)=1.0%的溶液提取出的黄酮的量最大.
【Abstract】 Flavone is extracted by alkali liquor from euphorbia fischeriana.Its total amount is determined by the spectrophotometric method.Effects of concentration of alkali liquor on the amount of extracted flavone are studied.Under experimental conditions,the solution for extracting optimal amount of flavone proves to be m(NaOH)=1%
