材料细观各向异性对淬火应力的影响
THE EFFECT OF MICROSTRUCTURE′S ANISOTROPY ON QUENCHING STRESS
【摘要】 本文以45#细长钢棒为例,在考虑材料细观各向异性(即晶粒随机取向)的情况下,用有限元方法对其进行了弹塑性分析,结果显示考虑细观各向异性与不考虑(即各向同性),构件应力明显不同.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the elastic and plastic behavior of a 45# thin and long steel bar is analyzed by use of the finite element method,with the anisotropy of the microstructure,that is,the random orientation of grains,taken into account.Calculation results show that the stress of a structural unit whose microstructure is regarded as anisotropic is remarkably different from that regarded as isotropic.
