【Abstract】 It is necessary for the sustainable development of nature reserves to develop tourism.But the nature reserves possess with public welfare, tourism development in nature reserves is a restricted and special activity. Because of the limitations of present regulation system, the nature resources have been or are being destroyed as a result of tourism development.Based on theoretical analysis of government regulation,the article sets forth main factors that restrict government regulation and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting government regulation system to nature reserves.更多还原
